Privacy Policy

Quote requests

When you send a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), suburb and job details. We use these only to contact you about your job and keep them in our customer system.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads)

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms. It records which pages you visit, whether you send a quote request and whether you tap to call us, along with technical details such as your browser and IP address. Meta receives this information so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and show our ads to people likely to be interested. We do not send your name, phone number or email to Meta.

You can turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences, block third party cookies in your browser, or use an ad blocker. Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland are not tracked.
